Policies

Shipping

• Orders containing only stickers and bookmarks ship for free to U.S. addresses via letter mail and do not come with tracking numbers.
• Orders containing books (or higher than $15) will ship with tracking.
• Items ship within 1-2 business days.
• Items typically ship USPS First Class (Ground Advantage) and First Class International with an estimated arrival of 2-5 business days in the U.S. and 7-21 days internationally.

Returns

• I do not offer returns or exchanges.
• If anything in your order arrives damaged, contact me within 14 days of receiving it and I will send a replacement. 

Special Orders

• If you'd like to order multiples of books, bookmarks, stickers or anything in my shop for your own shop, studio, workshop, retreats, event, or classes, contact me and I'll work up a quote for you. 

I typically respond to emails within 1-2 business days.
